影响织物透气的因素众多,涵盖织物密度、厚度、纤维类型、纤维比表面积和吸湿性、织物结构、温湿度以及含水率等。本文围绕含水率对织物透气性的影响展开深入研究。参考国家标准GB/T 5453—1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》,通过对不同含水率的织物进行试验,发现针织面料的透气量随含水量增加呈现先增大后减少的趋势,在含水率为30%~50%时变化率达到最大;而梭织面料的透气量则随着含水量的增加明显下降。这一研究结果为纺织品的设计和改良提供了重要的科学依据。
Abstract:There are numerous factors influencing the breathability of fabrics, including fabric density,thickness, fiber type, fiber specific surface area and moisture absorption, fabric structure, temperature and humidity, and moisture content, etc. This article focuses on an in-depth study of the impact of moisture content on fabric breathability. Referring to the national standard GB/T 5453-1997 "Determination of Breathability of Textile Fabrics", experiments were conducted on fabrics with different moisture contents.It was found that the breathability of knitted fabrics first increases and then decreases with the increase of moisture content, and the change rate reaches its maximum when the moisture content is between 30% and 50%. In contrast, the breathability of woven fabrics decreases significantly with the increase of moisture content. The results of this study provide important scientific basis for the design and improvement of textiles.
