Lyocell纤维用酸性改性浆粕的制备工艺研究

为解决造纸浆碱性改性制备Lyocell纤维用浆粕的得率低问题,对商品级阔叶造纸浆进行酸性改性,探究不同种类的酸和亚硫酸盐、蒸煮液配比、蒸煮温度和蒸煮时间对改性浆化学组分、聚合度的影响,优选出最佳酸性亚硫酸蒸煮工艺:硫酸和亚硫酸钠质量分数分别为1.2%和4.5%,蒸煮温度130℃、蒸煮时间为60 min;制浆得率大于98%。经过酸性改性后所得的改性浆的聚合度为596,α-纤维素含量85.28%,木素含量0.16%,灰分0.044%,铁、铜金属离子含量分别为6.02 mg·kg-1、0.93 mg·kg-1;改性浆的纤维长度和细小纤维含量略有下降、纤维表面变粗糙,在NMMO溶液中溶解时间大幅缩短,溶解性能提升;改性浆溶解后的纤维素原液的流变性、可纺性更好;制备的Lyocell纤维干态断裂强度为3.58 cN/dtex~3.80 cN/dtex、湿态断裂强度大于2.61cN/dtex,纤维力学性能符合Lyocell短纤的使用要求。高制浆得率的酸性亚硫酸盐改性浆技术,对溶解浆和Lyocell纤维工业具有重要的研究意义和应用前景。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of low yield of modified pulp used for Lyocell fiber by alkali from paper pulp, acid modification was carried out on commercial-grade hardwood paper pulp, and the effects of different kinds of acid and sulphite, cooking temperature and cooking time on the chemical components and polymerization degree(DP) of the modified pulp were investigated, and the optimal acid sulphite cooking process was optimized: the mass fractions of sulfuric acid and sodium sulphite were 1.2% and 4.5%,respectively and the cooking temperature was 130℃, and the cooking time was 60 min. The pulping yield was more than 98%. After acid modification, the modified pulp had DP of 596, α-cellulose content of 85.28%, lignin content of 0.16%, ash content of 0.044%, and metal ion contents of iron and copper of 6.02mg kg-1 and 0.93 mg kg-1, respectively. The fiber length and fine fiber content of modified pulp decreased slightly, the fiber surface became rough, the dissolution time of the modified pulp in NMMO solvent was greatly shortened, and the dissolution performance was improved; the rheological properties and spinnability of cellulose solution dissolved by modified pulp dissolution were better. The dry breaking strength of the Lyocell fiber was 3.58 cN/dtex~3.80 cN/dtex, and the wet breaking strength was more than 2.61 cN/dtex. The mechanical properties of the fiber meet the requirements of Lyocell staple fiber. Acid sulfite modified pulp technology with high pulping yield has important research significance and application prospect for dissolving pulp and Lyocell fiber industry.
